A Collaborative Exhibition by The Art Mill: All In This Together

This exhibition is the culmination of artworks by the artists and students that work with local prominent artist Anne Mills in her studio.

Local artists that have worked with Anne on this exhibition have a range of different styles, practice mediums and experience levels to offer in their artworks. Artists include Anne Mills, Ruth Alfonso, Amanda Bordignon, Jen Buster, Courtenay Fensom, Cathy Gee, Cathy Hall, Jann Maguire, Anne Morshead, Vaggie Mourvaki, Kim Myott, Jenny Sheridan, Lisa Taliano, Flora Temporali, Lisa Terrel, Jenny Tull and Lesley Woodbridge.

Anne speaks on the exhibition as being “a hidden garden, a stepping in, a breath of community at its very best. That’s us. Together for a time overflowing with creativity, the love of art and likeminded souls”.

Young people that attend The Art Mill have also had the opportunity to contribute their artworks, which is a delightful addition to the overall community component of the exhibition.  

Gallery Coordinator Melanie Toscan said, “The exhibition is full of pieces that are lively, offer a range of exploration and speak to the creativity of the space Anne has cultivated. The addition of young peoples’ work is always embraced by community and offer those involved sometimes their first taste of exhibiting work that they are proud to share with us”.

 

Opening Event

Friday 8 August 6pm
Join us for the opening of All In This Together , explore the exhibition and enjoy light refreshments with complimentary bubbles from Dee Vine Estate.

On display from 11am Saturday 2 August, closes Sunday 7 September 2pm.

 

Gallery Hours

The Gallery is open Wednesday - Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturday & Sunday from 11am - 2pm.
